Sano is designed to protect your sensitive personal data. We collect information in the following ways:

Mental Wellness & Test Data: Any answers you provide to the 20-question assessment, your calculated scores, and progress on your 7-Day Recovery Plans are **stored locally on your device**. We do not transmit, upload, or save your mental wellness scores to external servers.
Purchase and Subscription Data: Transactions are handled directly through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2. We only process anonymous transaction receipts to validate active subscriptions.
Device Information: We may collect non-identifiable technical data (device type, operating system version, app version, language preference) to ensure technical stability.

2. Data Storage and iCloud

Your wellness scores and settings are stored locally on your device. They may also be synced automatically to your personal, private Apple iCloud storage if you have iCloud backup enabled on your device. We have no access to your iCloud data.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or share any of your data with third-party marketing networks, analytical companies, or external advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored locally, deleting the Sano application from your iOS device will automatically erase all local data, scores, and plan progress.

5. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
