1. Emergency Situations

Sano is not intended to be used in crisis or emergency situations. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or any medical or mental health emergency, you must immediately contact your local emergency services (such as 112 in Turkey/Europe, 911 in the USA) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

2. No Medical Advice

Any scores, profiles, assessments, weekly plans, and recommendations generated by Sano are based on general information and scientific research concepts. They do not constitute diagnostic criteria, therapeutic guidance, or clinical treatment plans.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical help because of information you have read or processed in Sano. Always consult a licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, physician, or qualified healthcare provider before initiating any physical exercise, mental exercises, sleep changes, or recovery plans.

3. Assumption of Risk & Non-Liability

By using Sano (including completing the 20-question assessment and following the suggested 7-Day Plans), you acknowledge and agree that:

You are voluntarily participating in these programs.
You assume all risk of injury, physical or mental discomfort, or change in health status.
Under no circumstances shall Sano, its developers, owners, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to health issues, emotional distress, medical expenses, or personal injury resulting from your use of the application.

4. Use of the Service

Sano grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Sano offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (Sano Premium). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
